Stay in-the-know and expand your professional horizon by attending one of the many workshops and events that MInnesota's regional art communities have to offer.
With support from the Minnesota State Arts Board Arts Access grant, NCC is creating regional workshops for Minnesota Art Educators. The first workshop will be in partnership with Duluth Art Institute, and it will occur at the end of this month on February 27 and 28. It is a two day workshop and the fee is $25 per MN Art Educator. Ursula Hargens and Karin Kraemer will lead this workshop, which will include demonstrations, hands-on instruction, and presentations. Content is aimed to enrich existing classroom curriculum and resources, as well as deepen and inspire additional studio practice. We have additional workshops in St. Cloud, Mankato, and Coon Rapids. Each workshops is meant to connect Minnesota Art Educators with regional institutions and local ceramic artists.
